  • Following structured training blocks, alternating Monday morning or Thursday evening after each training block.

    CrossFit is a social activity. Children learn how to interact, collaborate, and support one another through exercise. The workouts introduce them to new challenges and friendly competition.     CrossFit is full of little challenges and little victories. Maybe it’s a 12″ box jump, or maybe a pullup. Once a child faces their doubts and overcomes an obstacle, the coach and class celebrate their victory and we can instantly recognise a boost in their self-esteem. Your child will gain confidence from their CrossFit experience for sure.

    Discipline

    CrossFit classes are structured and regimented. Participants quickly learn the faster they fall in line, the faster they get to do another fun activity. Before you know it, your children will begin recognising the benefits of being disciplined and might even clean their rooms!

    Better Grades

    It’s no secret that fitness and exercise improve academic performance. There are a number of studies demonstrating these benefits. One thing I can also tell you about CrossFit is that there is a lot of math involved. Counting repetitions, monitoring the time, tracking the rounds, adding the pounds; the kids will do all of this math and not even realise it.

    CrossFit, by definition, aims to improve all areas of fitness making for a well-rounded athlete. Child athletes will be challenged to work on their weaknesses and improve their strength, speed, and endurance.
